This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled by M87 Gear Suite when you use the website, activate a license, or contact support.

Information You Provide

When you activate a paid license, the app sends the customer email address, Lemon Squeezy license key, and a workstation instance name to the M87 license API. If you claim a Discord paid role, M87 validates the existing license activation and uses Discord OAuth to identify your Discord account. If you contact support, your email address and the information you include in your message are used to respond to the request.

Local Storage

M87 Gear Suite stores preferences, gear parameters, license tier, customer email, Lemon Squeezy activation data, and expiring signed entitlement cache data in local app storage. Browser and PWA builds use browser local storage for the m87gearsuite.com origin. The Windows desktop app also keeps an encrypted same-device license vault in the app profile so version updates can restore activation on the same Windows account. You can clear local license data from the Licensing menu.

Payment Processing

Payments, checkout forms, tax calculation, receipts, and license-key issuance are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the checkout and merchant-of-record provider. M87 Gear Suite does not receive or store full payment card numbers.

Infrastructure

The website and license API are hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process standard technical data such as IP address, request path, browser metadata, security events, and server logs to deliver, secure, and monitor the service.

Discord role claims store Discord user IDs, Lemon Squeezy license IDs, hashed customer email, tier, and role-link status in Cloudflare KV so paid Discord roles can be granted or revoked. Raw Lemon Squeezy license keys and plaintext customer emails are not stored in Discord role-link records.

How Information Is Used

• To activate, validate, and deactivate paid licenses.
• To grant or revoke Discord paid roles when requested by a licensed customer.
• To provide signed local entitlement cache data after successful verification.
• To troubleshoot support requests and license access issues.
• To secure the website and prevent abuse of paid license gates.

Sharing

M87 Gear Suite does not sell customer personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the product, including Lemon Squeezy for checkout, Cloudflare for hosting, security, and API delivery, and Discord for optional community role access.
