NO-REFUND POLICY

All M87 Gear Suite purchases are final. Because the product provides immediate access to digital software, license activation, and export capabilities, refunds are not offered except where required by law.

Digital Product Access

Paid licenses unlock digital features such as mesh export, STEP export, validation tools, and material libraries. Once a license key is delivered or activated, the purchase is considered fulfilled.

Before Purchase

Customers should review the feature tier, compatibility notes, and available free/basic functionality before purchasing. The free export paths and visible tool behavior are provided so customers can evaluate whether the workflow fits their needs.

Exceptions Required By Law

If a refund is required by applicable law or by the payment processor acting as merchant of record, M87 Gear Suite will follow that requirement. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

For license activation or access issues, contact support with the purchase email, the last 6 characters of the license key, and a short description of the problem.
