These Terms govern access to and use of M87 Gear Suite, including the browser application, license activation service, exports, documentation, and related web pages.

License and Access

M87 Gear Suite offers free/basic functionality and paid digital license tiers. A paid license grants access to the features included in the purchased tier for the licensed customer. You may use generated exports in your own personal or commercial design work, subject to your responsibility to validate the design before manufacturing or production use.

Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, clone, reverse engineer, bypass license gates, remove protection mechanisms, publish copied source code, or use the service to create a competing product based on M87 Gear Suite internals. You may not share paid license keys outside your organization or activation rights.

Engineering Responsibility

M87 Gear Suite is a design and export aid. Gear geometry, materials, load estimates, tolerance checks, previews, and exported files must be reviewed by a qualified person before manufacturing, installation, sale, or safety-critical use. You are responsible for confirming dimensions, clearances, materials, manufacturing methods, regulatory requirements, and fitness for your application.

Digital Purchases

NO-REFUND POLICY: paid licenses provide immediate access to digital software, license activation, and export capabilities. All purchases are final except where required by law. See the refund policy before checkout.

Availability and Changes

The application and licensing service may be updated, improved, interrupted, or modified over time. M87 Gear Suite may change feature names, pricing, user interface details, supported export paths, or activation processes while preserving active paid entitlements where practical.

No Warranty

The software, calculations, exports, and documentation are provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, M87 Gear Suite disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, M87 Gear Suite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, failed parts, production losses, or downstream manufacturing costs. Your sole remedy for access issues is support assistance or correction of the license entitlement where applicable.
